Howard Gyler's expertise and duties extend in the following areas of multifamily housing operations:  acquisition, strategic planning, project development, budgeting/finance, human resources, capital improvements, litigation consultation and inventory.  His broad experience base is a major reason for his effectiveness.

 

With over 30 years of experience in management, renovation, consulting and ownership in multi-family markets of four states, Howard Gyler has a proven track record of managing multi-million dollar properties, leadership skills and motivating in order to attain objectives.  He is innovate and creative with an excellent analytical ability.

 

Gyler's unique expertise in all areas of purchase and sale of multi-family properties including, but not limited to, working with lenders, appraisers, HUD, and other governmental bodies he is an asset to any investor.   He is familiar with all aspects of 1031 Tax-Deferred Exchanges.  In addition he has experience purchasing non-performing loans as a method of acquisition of property.

 

Gyler is a licensed real estate professional in Texas.  Gyler has also held a California Real Estate license.  He is active in community organization and is frequently cited by the media in regards to issues effecting multi-family housing.
